Nature is water and sun, home and garden. Immersed in the greenery offered by trees, plants, fruits and flowers you rediscover in every corner the lesson of living the landscape with humility and respect.
Casa "la Quercia" is a gem set in the Ligurian coast, protected within a garden of 6000 square meters, and at the same time less than 300 meters distant from the beach.
When you pass through the gate, the house is protected from the view while you are immediately surrounded by the precious garden, which has been cared for in every detail. The house is developed above ground on three different floors that animate its own distribution without ever isolating the rooms.
The entrance is the connection point of all the spaces of the house; at the same time it leads to a corridor to the junior suite, the two bedrooms and the bathroom, it overlooks the kitchen from a glazed wall and through two stairs leads to the living room and bedroom.
Upstairs we find the master bedroom with its en-suite bathroom and the terrace that connects it directly to the garden. Here a breathtaking view opens up onto the whole gulf of Savona.
On the ground floor the living area develops directly into the garden and the soft and relaxing tones reflect the light of the plants outside bringing the garden inside the house. The simple but complete kitchen overlooks both the dining area inside the house and the outdoor dining table which, protected by pergolas and roses, becomes the perfect spot to spend the evening watching the sun go down.
The swimming pool, although very close by, remains detached and protected from the view, once again the space is surrounded by greenery both natural and well kept. The huge oak tree that gives its name to the house acts as a pivot between the house and the pool area. A path inside the property leads to a pedestrian access 150m as the crow flies from the sea, which can be reached with a walk of 500m in a few minutes.
